WARRANTY

We, TANGSUN MOTOR INDUSTRY GROUP CO.,LTD provide the spare parts for the warranty under normal wear and tear when selling the ATVs, Go-Karts, and other Vehicle products produced by TANGSUN MOTOR

Warranty Period:

1)      12 months from the date of exporting.

2)      Or 6,000 Km.

3)      Whichever comes first.

Warranty Means:

1)      Warranty Parts:

Provide 3% easy broken spare parts free of charge when shipping the products. The customers must provide these parts to the end user free when there are problems of the products in the warranty period.

2)      Damage parts.

◇    Poor packing, cause damage when shipping. The customers must fill out and send the “TANGSUN MOTOR PRODUCTS CLAIM REPORT” to us in 21 days after receive the shipment.

◇    Major problem, the engine or frame have un-repairable problem.

◇    Universal problem, same problem happened more 10% in one shipment.

We will send the parts to the customers at the expenses of us to fit these problems, when they happen in the warranty period.
